The Webmail feature in SenderWiz provides a centralized inbox for all your email replies across multiple domains, offering a seamless and unified interface for monitoring and managing inbound emails.
Designed for users with multiple domains linked to SMTPs created through the SenderAI feature, Webmail consolidates all replies into one unified inbox, making it easy to track responses and engage with customers across all campaigns.
While both Webmail and Reply Tracker in SenderWiz help you manage replies, they serve distinct purposes:
Reply Tracker: This feature is specific to individual campaigns. It only displays replies from subscribers who have responded to a particular campaign, allowing you to monitor engagement on a campaign-by-campaign basis.
Webmail: This feature is a comprehensive inbox that collects all replies from every domain associated with your SenderAI-created SMTPs. In Webmail, you can view every inbound message across all campaigns and domains, providing a unified view of all customer interactions.
When you create SMTP servers for your domains using SenderAI, Webmail automatically establishes a unified inbox. This means that replies to any email sent from any domain linked through SenderAI are directed to the same central inbox. With this setup, there’s no need to switch between accounts or inboxes to check responses from different domains.
To access the Webmail feature, follow these steps:
Navigate to Webmail:
From the Reply Tracker dashboard, click on the Webmail button. This action will open the unified inbox where all replies from your campaigns and domains are displayed.
Unified View of Replies:
Webmail displays a list of all received messages, allowing you to view details such as the sender, subject, and message content.
You can respond directly from Webmail, ensuring you never miss any customer replies, regardless of the domain they responded to.
Webmail Inbox Interface:
The Webmail inbox is designed for easy navigation, with a familiar email interface that includes folders like Inbox, Sent, Drafts, and Trash.
You can view, reply, forward, and manage all messages directly from this interface, similar to a regular email client. The Unified Inbox means that every reply from all your domains flows into this central location, streamlining communication management.
Secure Login:
To access Webmail, log in using the provided credentials, which will appear in a popup when you click on the Webmail button. Webmail provides a secure and centralized environment to manage all email interactions.
